1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, including: attempting to access data not authorized to you, interfering with service availability, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

4. Pricing and billing

Fees are as published on the pricing page or as agreed in your order form. Pay-as-you-go fees are charged per event; subscription fees recur on the billing cadence selected.

5. Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Verify in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the order form. Sections that by their nature should survive will do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by the order form.
